Tricia has 30 years of experience in the California Workers’ Compensation claim industry. She manages our Claims Department and is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day claims handling, operations and supervision of all activities within the workers’ compensation claims department. She also has extensive experience in claims auditing and claims examiner oversight and training. She has her Self Insurance Plan Certificate and is certified to adjust claims in California.
