Sam’s formal education is in Computer Engineering and he has practical experience in SQL server development, tech support and web development.  He is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing applicable functional areas in support of organizational objectives such as those related to cyber security, reporting and analytics. Sam provides strategic direction and project management as well as oversight for systems and technology in a wide range of areas. Sam serves on the Technology Committee for the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA).
