Ryan has his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from CSU, Chico and 7 years of experience in public entity accounting. As our Senior Accountant he takes on the lead role over the bookkeeping and accounting functions, to include AP, AR, cash management and financial reporting. He is also instrumental in the billing side of our Employee Benefits Program.
