Rick has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting with emphasis in computerized accounting systems. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for GSRMA as well as managing the administration and operations. Rick is a long-time member and Past-Chair of the Technology Committee for Public Risk Innovation, Solutions and Management (PRISM) and the Technology Committee for the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA).
