Melinda has over 30 years of experience in the California Workers’ Compensation claim industry. As a Manager she provides support to the Director of Claims, assists with making improvements to work processes, oversees claims and helps provide training to staff. She also continues to handle Workers’ Compensation claims where she works directly with injured employees and members to administer benefits and guide them through the claims process. She is claim certified and has her Self Insurance Administrator’s Certificate.
