Dave has more than 40 years of experience leading the delivery of enterprise-class information systems including more than 20 years specifically for risk pools and self-insurance groups. He is responsible for daily operation and administration of the organization as well as for underwriting, program administration, and information systems strategy. Dave serves on the Technology Committee for the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA).
