Cathy has more than 15 years of experience in public entity accounting processes. As our Accounting and HR Specialist, she is responsible for a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions, as well as payroll processing and other Human Resources functions for the organization. Cathy also works closely with our Employee Benefits Program to assist with enrollment review and collections.
